Trivia:
The group Roxy was supposed to announce on the KRTV show was The Bumble Bees and their new record "Buzz on home".

In the Jem bible it doesn't actually say she can't read at all, it just says she "can't read or write worth mentioning", while in this episode she seems to have trouble even telling if numbers are upside down.

According to the Jem bible, Roxy wants to do more lead singing, but isn't allowed. And in this episode, Roxy decides to change her life and leave the Misfits behind forever.

In this episode, Jetta and Roxy get alternate versions of a Pizzazz fashion that was created already for the Starbright trilogy.

Nobody leaves the Misfits according to Pizzazz.

Roxy's real name is Roxanne Pelligrini and she is from Philadelphia.

When Roxy sings the Misfits song "Gimme! Gimme! Gimme!" and even her own song "I'm Gonna Change" it's actually the same singing voice as Pizzazz, Ellen Bernfeld.

The song "Gimme! Gimme! Gimme!" by the Misfits is re-used. Previously appeared in the episode "The World Hunger Shindig".

A sign as Roxy is driving to Philadelphia says "Philadelphia City limits, Pop: 1,607,022, EL.EV: 500".

Roxy's neighbourhood hasn't changed a bit since Roxy left.

This episodes reveals that the Misfits aren't doing so well money wise.

Roxy signed a contract and has to perform with the Misfits.

Roxy gets a book from Ba Nee, and starts using it to learn how to read.
