Trivia:
This episode has somewhat different looking animation, since it was animated in Korea. Probably to produce episodes faster and/or cheaper.

In this episode we get the chance to learn more about the past that is described in the Jem bible, about Danse's lost mother who was a ballet dancer in Yugoslavia. We even get to see what happened between her parents before her mother left with her to America. But we don't get to see the story of how she was later lost.

Yugoslavia is Danses's mother's homeland. She used to dance with the Zagreb ballet, she was a brilliant young star. Nadia was devoted to her studies, and to Peter, they were married. It's been years and years since Nadja her mother disappeared.

Danse's living relatives are farm people and live outside the village of bled in the Julian alps in Yugoslavia (now Slovenia).

When this episode was done Zagreb was located in Yugoslavia, now it's in Croatia.

Victor doesn't think Jem and the Holograms' music is art.

Jem has yellow eyeshadow.

Again, Danse is in an accident, but this time it's only alot of snow that falls over her.

The song "Music And Danse" by Jem and the Holograms is re-used. Previously appeared in this same episode.
