offer of Harvey Gabor to buy Starlight Music, since it is in debt to many creditors. The only
other option he gives Kimber is to disolve
the company and sell it's assests, which would mean they wouldn't be able to afford the Starlight
Mansion and since they would no longer have the means to support the Starlight Girls they would be
sent to other foster homes.
