This is a gallery of all the things we see in the background, posters, paintings, albums,
magazines, signs, letters and more coming up. Lots more to come! Lots of art that doesn't
get the attention it deserves. Some of it is based on early model cel art, and we get to
see things like how the albums of the groups actually look like.
This is how Jem and the Holograms and the Misfits advertise themselves in the cartoon stories, actual posters as they appear in the cartoon, sometimes (or always?) based on original model art.
The groups must have releases lots and lots of albums and singles and even cassette tapes in the cartoon. It's not very obvious in the cartoon what songs are on each or what the covers officially look like. But every now and then we get a taste of some covers.
Many of the characters seem to be quite aware when it comes to art, or in some cases perhaps they even made some of it themselves? Atleast this is, somewhat fuzzy pictures, of what we see on their walls. Not very related to the music business though.
Music stars like Jem and the Holograms appear on all kinds of made up magazines in the cartoon, often appearing in music videos.
