Regardless of the fact that he is one of the main bad guys, has an episode named after
himself, has a fashionable hairstyle, Techrat only gets 5 fashions thoughout the cartoon,
and some of those are even the same with a coat or blanket over. But I do like that they
spent time on some making him look great with some colorful details.
